Booking & Deposit
A 50% deposit secures your date. The remaining balance is settled after the session.
Reschedule
Rescheduling is free of charge, as long as it's requested in advance and the new date doesn't clash with slots we've already booked. Last-minute reschedules may not be possible.
Cancellation
Cancel well ahead of your session and your deposit is fully refunded. For last-minute cancellations (the day before or on the day) — when preparations are already underway — the deposit is non-refundable.
Weather (Outdoor Sessions)
If bad weather affects an outdoor session, we'll move it to the nearest available date at no extra cost.
Copyright & Usage
All work remains the intellectual property of Nevermind Visual. Final files are licensed to you for personal use. Selected images may appear in our portfolio — any photos you'd prefer to keep private will be excluded by agreement.
